However, if you are concerned about the immediate safety of a child please contact the police. If you prefer you can send an email to childrens.helpdesk@gloucestershire.gov.uk

The School Nursing Service may discuss details on this referral form with another health professional and forward your referral to ensure your child’s health needs are addressed by the most suitable service.
