The triage line to access advice and book appointments at our Minor Injury and Illness Units will cease to operate from 19 November 2024.
After that date, anyone needing to access MIIU appointments or triage will need to ring NHS111 or visit 111 online.
A new Integrated Urgent Care service (IUCS) for Gloucestershire will launch on 19 November, and this will perform the triage role and make referrals to MIIU alongside other services.
