Gloucestershire Health and Wellbeing College summer courses

Scrapbooking at our recent Creative Course.

Gloucestershire Health and Wellbeing College delivers educational courses and workshops teaching people the skills, techniques and knowledge to make them experts in their own recovery from long-term physical and mental health conditions.

As a peer-led self-management service, the college offers unique and friendly courses tailored to consider different aspects of wellbeing. All courses are co-produced; this means individuals with lived experience of mental and physical health conditions, work alongside our clinical staff to design the course content.

The sessions are always delivered by a peer support worker or facilitator and sometimes a clinician. Peer support workers are people who have lived experience of mental health challenges or a physical health condition to help others experiencing a similar situation.

GHWC is inviting applications for its Summer 2025 programme of courses and workshops.
