Our Charity helps to fund additional resources, enhanced patient care and improved therapeutic environments, outside of core NHS funding. Charitable Funds are also used for staff welfare and improving the working and learning environments throughout the Trust. These benefits could not be offered without the generosity of those who donate and fundraise for GHC Charitable Funds.
Projects the Charity has recently funded include decorative ceiling tiles above treatment beds at Hope House, staff picnic benches at multiple sites, music sessions at Charlton Lane Hospital, a Recovery Stories book published by our Gloucestershire Recovery in Psychosis (GRIP) team, murals at multiple sites and support for various allotment and gardening projects.
