The refurbishment programme saw the old, outdated building upgraded allowing easier access and better facilities for patients and staff. The 1960s-built clinic was completely remodelled and refurbished to modern clinical standards, to provide Gloucester locality with a fresh and contemporary community children’s health clinic.
The services provided by the clinic, children’s occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech and language therapy and health visiting now have six child-friendly treatment rooms, doubling the previous clinic capacity
An open afternoon was held on Wednesday 3 April which was well attended by both colleagues, parents, children and young people.
