Administrative Professionals Day: Evie England, Apprentice Learning and Development Administrator

Today is Administrative Professionals Day and as such we’re celebrating the huge role that administrative professionals play within our Trust, supporting our teams and services across Gloucestershire.

Evie England, Apprentice Learning and Development Administrator, has been supporting our Practice Education and Apprenticeship Widening Access teams since 2020, as part of her Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.

Speaking about her apprenticeship, Evie said: ‘I love my role as I am passionate and proud of what I do each day. Every day is different and I find myself excited at the prospect of what each day will bring’.

Evie’s role provides her with a broad spectrum of responsibilities including working on numerous projects, recording data, and providing support for numerous teams. This often involves Evie working with both colleagues within the Trust and external parties, such as supporting students starting their placements within the trust.

Working as an administrator has provided Evie with a plethora of opportunities, unexpected challenges, and new experiences which have all greatly benefited her professional development and learning. Evie added: ‘I am grateful that my role allows me to push myself, enabling me to broaden my skills and knowledge further. Being able to use these skills to help others with different problems and making a difference provides me with a huge sense of fulfillment and enjoyment.’
